I had my dreams
now I have nothing
I had good intentions
but they crumbled to ashes
I had your heart
but I squeezed too hard
I had aspirations
now I have emptiness
I had laughter
now I have tears
I had your love
but you walked out
I had one chance
but I let it slip away
I had unsettling phone calls today and reacted in an uncharacteristic manner. I need to be nicer and not let other people’s petty crap get to me.
On the rosier side, another night of no fast food. Good for us! 🙂
