step outside
something’s amiss
a familiar sight gone
sinking heart
yet no despair
just simple resignation
onward then
no use to lament
things now lost
to circumstance
looking to brighter days
they must be ahead
ready to lift
the doldrums inside
V has been cancelled. ALAS! I’m not as sad as some. I’m really just going to miss Charles Mesure on my tv. I hope he finds a gig very soon and that I happen to catch him. A regular gig would be much appreciated!
