Sooo, I wrenched my back this morning. The ibuprofen kicked in enough for me to walk to work relatively pain-free but the rest of the day I was not so lucky. After lunch I could barely walk! I took more ibuprofen and was okay the rest of the work day but I’m so uncomfortable when I’m walking. Totally SUCKS.
