Happy St. Patrick’s Day! ๐
Such a lovely and gorgeous day! We started off with brunch at Mimi’s Cafe. I couldn’t resist the mimosa (pictured above). Twas delicious! And since it’s St. Patrick’s Day, of course I went for the corned beef and hash. ๐
(I almost wish I had ordered a muffin for home. So good!)
After a quick trip to Target, we headed out to Tailgaters for a pitcher of Guinness.
Also had a shot of Maker’s Mark. Smooth.
We headed home with two orders of the bar’s special for the day (corned beef and cabbage with potatoes). Another delicious meal!
