take my hand
take my heart
every beat
belongs to you
when I smile
when I laugh
every note
belongs to you
hold me close
hold me tight
in your arms
I belong to you
take my hand
when I smile
hold me close
I belong to you
Sully, of course – Strike Back
At the moment, as I write, I’ve got my Sam Hunt mix in my ear. “Leave the Night On” just ended and now a live version of “Ex to See” is starting. He just said “intimate” and it makes me smile a little. Love love love his accent. It was one of the sorority performances. Lucky chicks!
So every time I post anything Sam Hunt on twitter or Instagram, I get liked and faved by people who are obviously looking for his hashtag. It’s interesting especially on twitter because I get faved a lot by up and coming country music artists with a few of them even following me. Are they trying to build an audience for themselves? I’m actually impressed by their tactics. There’s one artist who CONSTANTLY faves my tweets but doesn’t follow me. I think if he actually clicked that follow button, I’d follow him back. I did follow him on Instagram but I’m not pulling the trigger at twitter until he follows me. DUDE, just FOLLOW ME! Still, I do appreciate the faves. Those make me smile. 😉
I’ve started writing the sexy bits for Love with Grace. It’s weird to have written the third sexy bit before the first and second ones. Oh well, one does not need to always write in a linear fashion. I might be ending the other story I stopped writing to start writing Love with Grace. I don’t have a title for that one. It’s currently just called the names of the characters.

Aleks Paunovic made me laugh today on twitter. I tweeted and then he replied:
@walelia nope.

This is why I love the guy! 🙂 He’s a sweetheart. I hope I get to meet him someday because man, he’s a big guy and looks like he’d give great hugs! One day, someday. If he ever appears nearby, I am going to make the effort. Oh, and how small would I look next to him in a picture? I’d look TINY. I love looking tiny next to the fellas. 😉
And I wish I could talk about the stuff happening in “real life.” It’s disturbing, disheartening, and just plain sad. But it makes me grateful for having a loving husband, a great sister, good cousins, and awesome friends.
Tonight we spring forward. Probably the only thing I don’t like about springtime…
