Very many thanks to Iphenys for sending me her Greg photos!  Her comments are part of a larger report she gave on a mailing list we're both on.  The photos are copyrighted to her.

It was interesting to watch all the different things that happen in other fandoms, and there were a bunch of comic book people there too.  The first one on stage was William Gregory Lee, who likes to be called Greg.  When he registered for being an actor there already was a Greg Lee so instead of changing his name he just included his first name.  He is in his 20's - didn't specify anything else.  Says that he knows what buttons to push on himself to make himself cry.  Renee helped him with the coreography for the fight scenes a lot.  He was originally supposed to be a character called Jared or something like that (Jerrick) who was to die within that ep - but Lucy didn't like it and made suggestions, so Virgil was born and we got him for more than one ep.  He was told in the beginning to be as opposite of Joxer as possible, that they wanted Virgil nothing like Dad.  And he did that, no problem.  Then Michael Hurst directed an ep and he told Greg to be like Joxer a little more. He says that Ted is hilarious and often would make faces beside the camera when Greg was getting a close up to make him laugh.

He is also on Dark Angel, he says that he is going to be in more eps again toward the end of the season.  Between the two roles, Zack is harder to do cause he is flat, little emotion and Greg says it's hard to hold that for hours and hours.  Overall he was great, really nice, handed out head shots to people that asked him questions.  Has the *cutest* smile and was nice.

This is in a nut shell, I didn't take notes so this is everything that I remember, if there's anything else I'll add it later.  A little funny thing, while Greg was speaking, Keith Hamilton Cobb entered the room and walked to the curtained off area.  The problem was we all could see Keith so we watched.  So many of us looked over to the left that Greg turned and looked too.  He chuckled and then sighed dramatically saying that "he see's how it is" or something like that.  Kind of cute.
