poem #1
unspoken questions
will ever go unanswered
in such sad silence
poem #2
once more the sunshine
lifts away dreamy dark
laughing at our fears
Philip Winchester & Sullivan Stapleton – Strike Back
I can’t believe this season of Strike Back is already over! What a WILD RIDE. It was a GREAT season punctuated by a fantastic season finale! I hope they get renenwed. I really don’t see how they couldn’t. (Well, I can. Money? It can’t be ratings because I’m sure that show gets its share.)
Strike Back – season finale thoughts – Wow, what an episode! First, what the hell Kamali?! I suppose we should have known from the very beginning with Baxter’s death (poor Baxter!). A man who does that can’t be trusted, right? He played Section 20 so well and poor Dalton paid the price for her dead on instincts. I fell for his complexity as well, especially when it came to his daughter Ester. In the end, for all his methods, Leo Kamali was still a sympathetic yet dark character. Did he realize in the end that what he thought he fought against was what he ultimately became? Maybe he did, when he looked on last time into his daughter’s eyes… Scott and Richmond. FINALLY!!! And hot damn, HOT.
So if this goes another season (PLEASE, LET THIS GO ANOTHER SEASON!!!), will they be an item or just random hook ups? Maybe Stonebridge can pick up the slack on being the playah. 😉
Come on, doesn’t Michael look like he want to play just as much as Damien?
But if the show never comes back (at least with this current team), I can say I’m satisfied by their run on all accounts. Sometimes it’s better to quit while you’re ahead but I would still love to see at least one more season of Scott and Stonebridge. Just one more?
