night has fallen
the rain has fallen
though the days say spring
in this quiet moment
winter slips in to touch
the chill in the breeze
just enough to shiver
a reminder not so distant
We stayed in town for Easter which was probably just as well since the weather was quite unsettling all day. We did go out to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the college basketball game. It’s interesting how not busy it was there. It’s good to know people still celebrate Easter. 😉
mmm, onion rings!
my usual wings order– traditional, garlic parmesan
THINGS TV…
I confess, I let a lot of my tv watching slide during November and have yet to recover. I do still intend on watching Once Upon a Time, Revenge, Castle, Hawaii Five-0, etc but who know when I’ll actually get to it. I’m terrible! Oh well!
Game of Thrones came back today! I don’t know if it’s good or bad that I’ve read the books but some of the things that are said and done in the show just mean a bit more to me because I know what’s ahead for some of the characters (at least if they follow the books). Actions that were more subtle in the books are emphasized more in the show, which is great. 🙂
Orphan Black premiered this weekend on BBC America. Intriguing show. I think I’d like to keep watching it. 😉
